Jigs, fixtures and batch 3D printing in Bothwell
Bothwell, Glasgow is HW3D's home base. Local businesses can bring a production problem to us directly: drop-off and collection are available by arrangement, and site visits or remote reviews can be agreed for work that is better seen in place. We also serve Lanarkshire and the rest of Scotland.
Jigs, fixtures and production tooling
Custom jigs, guides, fixtures and change-parts for assembly, inspection, bottling, packaging and sensor-mount work. We gather the practical constraints remotely, from a sample or through a site measurement visit, then design, print and refine the tool.
Site visits, measurement and travel are agreed and charged separately.
Tooling in use: Douglas Laing & Co.
For Douglas Laing & Co., HW3D makes bespoke bottle-handling tooling for whisky bottling lines. Each component is designed for an individual bottle and tested on the line, and revised parts can be produced within days rather than weeks when bottle formats change.
