Materials are selected for the working environment, loads, heat, chemicals, UV and cleaning processes. Tooling is non-food-contact unless suitability is specifically validated.

Agreed specifications and version traceability support repeat orders. Send the problem, sample availability, quantities, deadline, exposure and budget for a human review.

A clear scope before work starts

Start with a free 15-minute suitability call. CAD and engineering starts from £80 per hour, normally supplied as a scoped estimate or fixed stage. Prototype and manufacturing costs are quoted separately. Site visits, measurement and travel are agreed and charged separately. Design ownership, IP, deliverables and any NDA are agreed in writing before the relevant stage begins.
